Why do I need the Manuals and DVDs?
You can work with the Pdfs of the manuals and Install Downloads but it is nice to have hard copy. For some environments such as Corrections there is no internet access. The DVDs and printed manuals are required in order to install.
What is on the DVDs?
The DVDs include all the installation setup files along with the Training Videos of Training DVD#1.
My Customer Support and Upgrades have expired, can I still order the set?
Yes, but activation codes for the Upgrades will only be provided once you have spoken to Customer Support.
How frequently do Upgrades Appear?
We create new builds every few weeks as part of new development and Customer Requests. Even after 25 years things keep changing and improving. New versions appear every 3 to 5 years. Hard copy with the new Builds are upgraded monthly to bi-monthly.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, not so much with Documentation and DVDs but certainly with the purchase of software. Our market focus has always been on libraries with limited resources that require a rigorous system.
